Description: Chinese Kungfu, which is also known as Wushu, is one of the most excellent Chinese traditions and getting more and more popular in the US. Kungfu Class is a step by step teaching/training design with focus on basic skills, such as three kicking skills(self-defense), comprehensive practice of body flexibility, ability to coordination and power for beginners.
