Description: This class is designed to help fourth through sixth graders overcome their stage fright and become comfortable speaking before a group. The students will learn techniques to help with speaking clearly, eloquently and articulately whether they are reading lines written by themselves or someone else. Students will also learn how to prepare a speech and how to improvise, or go off script.
