Description: The class is mainly teaching fundamental skills of cake and cookie decorating. Students will learn how to make and use butter cream icing, roayl icing, and flow icing. Also it will teach basic fondant decorating skills. The entire class consists of three individual courses that total of eleven class meets. Students are encouraged to take step-by-step from lower to upper courses. Skills introduced in lower course will not be duplicated in upper course.
