本周日是2017-18学年的最后一天，下面是几个重要的安排：

１.学校将召开会员大会，进行换届选举，请大家参看童戟理事长发出的通知，拨冗参加。中文学校的健康发展离不开大家的参与和支持，让我们一起努力，把学校办好。

２.请各位家长到下面的链接参与教师教学评估，如果你或孩子参加多门课程，请每一门课程填一次表，这项调查评估为无记名，希望你们积极参与，截止时间为5月30日。

３.学校夏令营开始报名，夏令营时间为：

9am to 4pm, Week 1: August 6-10, Week 2: August 13-17 （可以每周单独报名，每周费用为$260，一个家庭多位孩子参加的，第二位开始5%学费优惠）

早送和迟接(8am-9am, and 4pm-6pm)，每周费用$40.

6月30日前报名并缴费的家庭，免收夏令营注册费，7月1日－8月5日报名缴费的，需缴报名费$20，8月6日以后，报名费$40。非学校因素而退营，退还学费，但报名费不退，原来免缴报名费的将扣除报名费后退还学费。

报名方式：中文学校会员和平时注册课程一样，参见下图中的黄颜色标注的register summer camp，有任何问题，请发e-mail到support@ynhchineseschool.org。

为了方便家长注册，学校将在近几天准备一个PDF文件，详细介绍如何注册夏令营，供家长参考。

４.安全值班押金和学费退还

学校将在周二开始处理安全值班的押金退还问题，请大家务必登录自己的帐号，进入上图红色标注的功能，查询自己值班记录。如果学校记录和你的记忆有出入，请发e-mail到：safety@ynhchineseschool.org，学校将查询签字记录核对。周二开始学校会把退还的押金打回每个家庭的记录上，届时你可以登录学校网站选择上图的蓝色圈内的功能，查询，如果有余额，你可以选择让学校发支票或留在学校账上（不做任何选择将默认为留在学校账上）。为了减少财务人员的负担，我们希望除非你下一学期不再来中文学校，一律把退款留在学校你自己的账上。如果选择让学校寄退款支票，请在5月31日前完成，过时，学校默认你留在学校下个学年使用。（如果选择退款支票，请一定确认好系统内的Primary contact的名字和地址正确，学校只将支票寄给Primary contact）。

５.奖励point兑换：学校为了方便部分小朋友，周日在A109继续point兑换，有少部分玩具和礼品券，欢迎小朋友前往兑换。

６.学校低价处理部分过去的教科书，这些教科书基本上都是学校过去采用但现在不用的，仍然是非常好的参考材料，欢迎大家到A109选购，数量有限，售完为止。

Dear all,

The coming Sunday will be the last day of school year 2017-18. The following are several important arrangements:

1. General member meeting will be held this Sunday from 2 to 4pm at Rm C112. Please come to show your support to your school.

2. The survey for each teacher is open to hear your voice. Please go to the following link to finish the survey.

3. Summer camp is open for registration. Please refer the yellow line in the image above. You can just register the summer camp as a regular class. We will put a pdf instruction soon. The following are the general information:

9am-4pm, week 1: August 6-10, Week 2: August 13-17. (you can register one week or two weeks. Price is $260/week. Sibling discount: 5%)

Extended care: 8-9am, and 4pm-6pm; $40/week

4. Refund for safety patrol deposit:

We will put the safety patrol deposit back to your account starting from next Tuesday. Please login to your account to check your safety patrol duty record before that (see the red mark on the mage above). If you have any question, please send your request to safety@ynhchineseschool.org. After next Tuesday, you can check your refund by choosing the function in the blue line in the image above). You can make selection before May 31 if you want us to mail the check back to your home (the default is to keep the credit in your account if you do nothing). We will start mailing the refund in early June. Please be aware that we will ONLY issue the check to the primary contact and address in our online system. You need to make sure the information is correct there.

5. The school will provide a chance for students to exchange their points with some toys and gift card this Sunday at A109.

6. We have some textbooks to sell at reduced price. Please stop by at A109 this Sunday.
