Public comments needed on the school structure proposal

The school board set up a structure workgroup working in reviewing the school structure for school long run. The workgroup was led by Dr. Yanyun Wu, a board director. After more than 2-month hard work, the proposal is ready for public comments. Please download the pdf file which has proposed the school positions and compensation rate for school Provost and Vice Principals. This will set the base for the school future operation team structure and is very important for the sustainable operation of the school. Please read the proposal carefully and submit your comments or suggestions to board@ynhchineseschool.org or call 203-285-8088 by the end of Thursday, March 19. You can also stop by the school office A105 at the school time this Sunday. The school board will have a board meeting to review and approve the proposal which I will announce in a separated e-mail. This is the important step to recruite our next Principal and administration team and your input is highly appreciated.
