SCCS Board Meeting Time: 6pm, March 21 Venue: Rm. 102, 432 Temple Street, New Haven Tentative agenda 1. Review the new year celebration and make suggestions for the future celebration organization (Ming Yuan and PTA to provide a draft) 2. Review the art show (Wei Ning) 3. Review the registration and fee collection (Mu Laoshi, Fu Laoshi) 4. Review the point system (Rongzhen) 5. Review the finance status (Fu Laoshi) 6. Discuss the proposal from the school structure subgroup (Yanyun) 7. Review the recruitment of principal, including ad, recruiting team, timeline, etc (Shaowei and all) 8. Review the operation of school after one year of nonprofit application approval. Sign the compliance document.
